You may or may not be aware of the very sad news regarding my brother Tony; he passed away unexpectedly on January 18th, 2010.
I cannot express in words how profound of an effect this has had on our family and me.
Tony conquered every obstacle life threw at him, without ever complaining. In fact, whenever someone would broach the subject of obstacles, Tony would immediately let them know that he had none!.. He never wanted to be reliant on anyone and was an entrepreneur on so many levels. Tony was the best brother anyone could ask for. He never complained and he was always willing to give of himself, whenever he could. Tony was hard working and extremely proficient in computer programming, as I’m sure many of you are aware (aka Genius as his friends knew him). Tony moved back home to New Jersey on December 17th 2009, it was great to have him home again as we celebrated Christmas for the first time as an entire family since he left for Vegas back in 2001. We are all very grateful that he returned home. It was wonderful.
Tony's passing has been emotionally painful for all of us-family and friends. We will never forget him.
I invite you to read the article the Press Of Atlantic City wrote about Tony in 2001, this was right before he left New Jersey for Vegas, it explains much of his life and how he overcame every imaginable hurdle. The Grillo family members are better people because of Tony and it was the love of our parents and their tenacity that keep us strong.
Kelly is Tony's brother and now carrying on Tony's legacy by continuing to improve and support the Schedule Ease line of products. He is an entrepreneur who has a long history with business practices and custom applications and currently a partner in www.racko.com, a computer hosting company.
Kelly has over 25 years of experience, starting out as an Electrician and Contractor, naturally migrating to the Internet and Data Center management industry. He has owned and operated several successful businesses over the years and understands how to make his customers and clients happy.
Although Tony's passing left the Schedule Ease line with an uncertain future, Kelly had assisted Tony with enough of the day to day activities of GEC Computer Systems, he knew exactly where Tony wanted his creation to go and how to make it better. The current Schedule Ease is the culmination of many conversations between Tony and Kelly. "I could have never realized how important our casual conversations would become, I hope I'm making Tony proud!".
Building on 20+ years of experience in consulting management, application development, and computer support; Matt founded his second company, RDS, in March of 2010 and has been watching it grow from day one. In the past, Matt has worked as a computer support professional at Kennedy Space Center supporting both Window and Unix workstations and servers; he has visited and assisted more than 200 companies who use ColdFusion-based applications; has previously owned his own ColdFusion consulting business; and has held the title of Vice President of a well-known Internet Application Development Agency.
Paul Spinosa is a Casino Scheduling Expert with over 20 years of experience in scheduling at one of Atlantic City's longest running casinos. That casino was one of the early adopters of Schedule Ease (in the mid-90's) which allowed Paul to work directly with Tony to help drive the direction of the product line. Paul is not only the Subject Matter Expert for Schedule Ease, but also the lead trainer.
If you should happen to be trained by Paul, you will quickly learn that he will not only show you how to implement and use the software, but he will also help you change your scheduling routines and processes to be more efficient using the full spectrum of features available in Schedule Ease. Paul will also not only show you how to create your scheduling roadmaps, but he will build them with you. By the time you are done working with Paul, you will be able to sit back, enjoy, and watch your casino's scheduling practically run itself.
We are lucky to have Paul on board, he brings experience to our team that is invaluable.

Dave has mentored and developed sales talent at all levels from the account manager position to leadership roles with a lot of those serving companies all over the USA. Dave invests in his people and eagerly volunteers his knowledge and experience which he feels is the cornerstone of developing a successful team.
Dave’s focus is now to bring all of those experiences and qualities to Casino Schedule Ease. The focus is to grow the business while maintaining the customer experience first as we continue to produce the best solution in the marketplace.
